Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of InciSioN is composed of a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 21 members, divided into two categories: de facto members and nominated members.

De Facto Members
De facto members are individuals who hold specific leadership positions within InciSioN. These include all individuals in the Executive Board during their mandate years and:

• Immediate Past Chair(s) of InciSioN

• Past Chairs of InciSioN (up to the three previous years)

Nominated Members
Nominated members are multidisciplinary experts in the field of global surgery or individuals with valuable expertise relevant to InciSioN’s mission. These individuals are nominated by the Executive Board and formally invited to join the Board of Directors.

Nominated members serve a 5-year term, which is renewable once.

Aside from all the members above serving as Board of Directors, all current executive board members serve on the Board of Directors during their active mandate. View more at Executive Board.
