The Executive Board (EB) of InciSioN Global is the guiding force behind our organization's mission to advance global surgery. Comprising 14 dedicated and passionate members, the EB is headed by two Co-Chairs who provide visionary leadership and strategic direction. Working alongside them are four Vice Presidents who oversee key areas such as internal affairs, external affairs, finance, national working groups, strategic working groups and public relations and engagement, ensuring the smooth functioning and coordination of our organisations. Additionally, the EB includes six Directors, each bringing unique expertise and perspective to their respective portfolios, in research, advocacy, education, operations and programming, fellowships and training programs and alumni affairs. Together, this dynamic team of leaders embodies InciSioN's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusivity, driving positive change in global surgery!
